Who is invited to this conference?
Anyone! Children’s Ministry staff, Student Ministry staff, Family Pastors, Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors, church volunteers, etc. We will spend some time exploring the importance of theological alignment from cradle to grave and how we respect children and the text. Great conversations will be had!
With which denomination is this conference associated?
This conference is interdenominational. We trust that at the heart of every church are leaders who want to raise children to know God intimately. The table is open for all who would like to enter this respectful dialogue.
I have dietary restrictions. What is being served for refreshments and lunch?
We will be happy to accommodate dietary restrictions as we are able. Please indicate these when you register. Our chef will do his best to provide options for you.
Do you offer childcare?
Yes! Childcare is provided for $20/day/child for children infants through 10 years old. Please indicate your needs at the time of your registration. Don’t forget to pack them a lunch and any other items they might need while in our care (diapers, bottles, pacifiers, etc.) Space is limited.
On Saturday the conference schedule goes until noon but on the registration form childcare is available until 3 p.m. Why?
Ryan Maloney said, “The vocation of childhood is play.” We also think that teams that play together, stay together. So, we encourage your team to have lunch on Saturday to debrief. We also hope that you’ll plan something fun to do together for a few hours. We think this is so important we’ll even keep watching your children until 3 p.m., if needed. Go be a bunch of big kids and play!
Where do I go once I arrive?
No matter where you park, head toward the atrium—the three-story tower with a lot of windows in the middle of our campus. Conference check-in will be set up in the atrium. The conference will be held in the Christian Life Center. Coffee and light refreshments will be available. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.
I would love to attend, but I don’t have a budget to afford the registration fee. Are scholarships available?
